Lost Property
Lost Property is held at Centre Management. For any Lost Property enquiries outside of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, please contact on-site Security on 0438 114 491.
Parents Room
Parent’s Rooms are located in the corridor near Optical Warehouse, and in the corridor located near Kmart. Facilities include a microwave, private feeding rooms and toilets.
Disabled Parking
Disabled car parking bays are located at The Coffee Club entrance, Christina’s entrance and the Hoyts Cinemas entrance.
Wheelchair Hire
Stafford City provides complimentary wheelchairs for customers’ use whilst shopping in the centre. Customers require current identification to borrow the equipment from the Centre Management office.
Containers for Change
Self-serve containers for change is at Stafford City. TOMRA Reverse Vending Machine is your local hub for returning eligible containers. Located at the rear of the carpark, opposite the Hoyts entrance (near Café 63).
Heart Foundation Walking
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am outside Hoyts Cinema, take advantage of the air-conditioned malls at Stafford City and walk!
